Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your bolo. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
To start a return, email us at info@honchobolos.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
